How Can I Request A Return?
We hope that you find your shopping experience at Morethanbath enjoyable! We understand, however, that sometimes things don't work out. In order for us to help ease the return process, please immediately contact us at (310) 541-9930 or email us at email@example.com if you would like us to process a return. Please note that a buyer’s remorse return will incur a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping that will be paid by the customer. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 48-72 hours of receiving the product at (310) 541-9930 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org After this time frame, claims may not be honored.
How Does Freight Shipping Work?
If your purchase requires lift-gate services upon delivery, the freight company will reach out to schedule an appropriate time to arrange delivery. However, delivery times may vary and are not always guaranteed. You must schedule delivery with the freight company in order to avoid storage fees. If you do incur storage fees, these must be paid by the customer before the item is released. If your item requires lift-gate services, it will arrive on a tractor trailer. If a trailer cannot arrive at your address, then please make alternative arrangements with the freight company when scheduling a time for delivery. Please inspect the items before you sign. If there is damage, please make note of the specific damage on the delivery receipt and do not accept shipment. Please then immediately call customer service at (310) 541-9930 If you do not note the specific damage and accept the items in good condition, you are waiving your rights to a claim. Morethanbath is not responsible for any minor or major damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Unless otherwise stated, we offer free shipping throughout Canada. Morethanbath cannot cancel any item from an order after the item has been shipped. Please refer to our return policy for more details. We cannot guarantee delivery times and dates as our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. For items that are required to be delivered by freight, a signature may be required in order to be accepted. Customers will be notified if they will be required to be present in order to accept delivery of their goods.
For LTL shipments, our free shipping includes only basic curbside delivery. If you would like a different service, please contact us and we can inform you of any additional charges that are applicable before placing your order.
